Stand Up Pouch Structure
Stand up pouches are a common type of flexible packaging. A standard stand up pouch mainly consists of a Front Panel + Back Panel + Bottom Gusset. After filling, the bottom gusset expands so the pouch can stand upright and provide good shelf presence.

Doyen / Round Bottom
K-Seal
Gravure printing offers higher print quality than digital printing, but it requires engraved cylinders. Cylinder charges are usually determined by the number of colors, the number of panels, and the printing area. Digital printing does not require additional cylinder charges. Therefore, Zijin Packaging generally recommends digital printing for orders below 10,000 pcs and gravure printing for orders above 10,000 pcs.

Stand up pouches and flat bottom pouches are two common types of flexible packaging designed to stand upright. Their main difference is the pouch structure, especially the bottom and side-gusset construction.
